Since the firm’s founding in 1946, Crown & Company, CPAs has provided the Tampa Bay community with comprehensive and strategic family wide and closely held business tax planning. We strive to maximize the income and preserve the wealth of both the current and future generations.
A strong team, open communication, accessibility, research, and sound analysis comprise the foundation of our superior client service. With no conflicts of interest, our clients know that our guidance is always with their best interest in mind. As a testament to the firm’s success, 75 years later we continue to guide many of the same families that began with us 3-4 generations ago.
Our Management Team
Lindsey Crown Hardee
Lindsey is the third generation of the Crown family to carry on the tradition of providing premier tax planning to the Tampa Bay community. As the firm’s managing partner, Lindsey Crown Hardee has over 20 years of public accounting experience. With a deep and diverse background in tax planning, Lindsey’s specialty is consulting closely held and family owned businesses. She assists owners with managing all aspects of their operations including growth, cash flow, succession, and proactive tax planning. Lindsey also focuses on strategic planning for high net worth individuals and families. She works closely with her clients and their advisors on the crafting and maintenance of their estate and trust plans.
Lindsey holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida. Lindsey began her career in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche. She joined Crown & Company in 2005. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Active in the community, Lindsey currently serves on the Boards of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, the Community Dental Clinic, and the Robinson High School Foundation. When not working, Lindsey enjoys time with her husband and two children.
Rachel Valari
Rachel is a Partner and University of Central Florida alumna with valuable public accounting and private industry experience. Previously with a boutique Orlando public accounting firm, Rachel specialized in tax advisory to small businesses and their owners, as well as strategic planning to high net worth individuals and families. Later, as Controller of a successful manufacturing firm, she learned first-hand the complex challenges faced by small businesses and their owners. As a member of the Crown & Company, CPAs family since 2017, Rachel applies her knowledge of tax planning and business support services to provide well-rounded advice on behalf of a diverse set of clients. Rachel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her free time, Rachel enjoys attending live concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
Ann McCabe
Ann joined Crown & Company, CPAs in 2007 with prior experience in both public accounting and private industry. As the Director of Estates and Trusts, Ann specializes in strategic estate tax planning on behalf of the firm’s high net worth clients and families. In addition, she maintains oversight to Crown & Company’s trust and estate administration team. Ann is a University of South Florida alumna and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Public Accountants. In her free time, Ann enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Hailey Rosinski
Hailey is a Manager who has been with Crown & Company, CPAs since September of 2017. Hailey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio where she also played volleyball for five years on scholarship. Prior to joining Crown & Company, CPAs, Hailey’s public accounting experience began at a locally owned firm in Lima, Ohio. In addition to her leadership role in the firm, Hailey provides a variety of tax services to corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.
Hailey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her free time, Hailey enjoys kayaking, playing team sports, going to the gym, and traveling to her hometown in Indiana to spend time with family.
Geoffrey Bagnall
Geoff is a Manager that has been with Crown & Company, CPAs since 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a triple major in Accounting, Economics, and Finance from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY where he also played hockey for three years on scholarship. Geoff provides a variety of tax services to corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals in addition to his leadership role in the firm.
Geoff serves on the Canada-Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his free time, he attends Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Rays games, kayaking, golfing, going to the beach, and walks and bike rides with his wife.
Dalene Orban
Dalene is a Manager with over 48 years of experience with Crown & Company, CPAs. Dalene works closely with our family office and real estate clients. Dalene is a technical expert on tax structuring and support to complex real estate holdings and partnerships. Her extensive experience, knowledge, and attention to detail provides our clients the support they need to make certain that their planning strategies are carried out accurately and in a tax efficient manner. In her free time, Dalene enjoys reading and spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons.
