Crown & Company prides itself on our employees. Unlike most accounting firms, we do not have significant turnover. The average number of years employees have been with the firm is over 17. This speaks volumes for employee satisfaction.
Also unlike most CPA firms, Crown & Company employees are not permitted to work excessive hours, particularly during tax season. Our proven philosophy is that working too many hours results in mistakes. So we avoid mistakes by ensuring employees are not over worked. In addition, we believe it is critical that employees devote sufficient time to their life outside the office.
Employee benefits include those usually offered by local employers. However, Crown & Company offers significant benefits not usually found elsewhere The benefit our employees consider the most important:
- Four day work weeks after April 15 through November 30. Approximately half the office is off on Friday and the other half on Monday, providing three day weekends.
